Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with CWSS Liter and Sons Inc., d/b/a CWS Fence and Guardrail Co, Andover, NH, for replacing substandard cable and beam guardrail with standard beam guardrail with steel posts and terminal end units in the Districts 5 and 6 area, on the basis of a low bid of $478,433.50. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $33,490.35 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through June 23, 2017. 100% Federal Funds.
