Authorize the Bureau of Special Education, Office of Student Wellness to enter into a contract with Antioch University New England, Keene, NH, to build state and local capacity through the development of trauma-informed schools and community systems by creating a state-level coordinated approach to improve the safety and wellbeing of students and staff, in an amount not to exceed $400,000. Effective upon G&C approval through August 31, 2021. 100% Federal Funds.
