Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to enter into a grant agreement with the Town of Goffstown to purchase and install a generator and equipment to support and enhance the community’s local Emergency Operations Center for a total amount of $93,012. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2017. 100% Federal Funds.
