Description
Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing statewide mechanical consultant agreement with Dubois and King Inc., South Burlington, VT (originally approved by G&C on 10-21-15, item #56), by increasing the not-to-exceed amount by $1,000,000 from $300,000 to $1,300,000, and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2018 to June 30, 2019.
