Description
Authorize the New Hampshire Hospital to amend an existing sole source agreement with Concord Regional Visiting Nurse Association Inc., Concord, NH, for the provision of Speech Therapy services, to include Foot Care services, by increasing the price in the amount of $7,500 from $9,975 to $17,475. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2017. 29% Federal, 32% General, 39% Other Funds.
