Authorize to enter into sole source agreements with the vendors as detailed in letter dated October 31, 2016, to provide permanent housing programs to homeless individuals with disabilities and their families through the Federal Continuum of Care program in an amount not to exceed $361,879. Effective January 1, 2017 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through December 31, 2017. 100% Federal Funds.
