Authorize the Bureau of Bridge Design to enter into an Interstate Bridge Agreement with the State of Vermont to allow the Department to bill Vermont for costs associated with the rehabilitation of the bridge in the Town of Piermont (NH Br. No. 032/103) carrying NH Route 25 over the Connecticut River between Piermont, NH, and Bradford, VT. Effective upon G&C approval and continuing through engineering design, construction, inspection, and final acceptance of the completed project, in accordance with the Department’s 10-year Transportation Improvement Plan. 89% NH, 11% VT Funds.
