Description
Authorize the Bureau of Trails to amend and reinstate a Land Use Agreement with Bayroot LLC, Lyme, NH (originally approved by G&C on 2-10-16, item #40A), to expand access to a certain system of groomed snowmobile and off highway recreational vehicle trails for recreational purposes. (2)Further authorize to increase the yearly payments by $1,600 from $7,400 to $9,000 for a total increase of $6,400. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2020. 100% Transfers from Fish and Game.
