Authorize to amend an agreement with the City of Rochester, NH (originally approved by G&C on 5-6-15, item #53), for the Stormwater Management Assessment Opportunities for the Willow Brook Watershed Plan Implementation Phase 3: Franklin Street/Western Avenue/Adams Avenue BMPs by changing the Completion Date to December 31, 2017 from December 31, 2016. No additional funding. 100% Federal Funds.
