Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to accept and expend grant funds from the Office of Highway Safety, in an amount not to exceed $260,250 for the purpose of producing public safety messages by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. (2)Further authorize to establish one class 50 temporary part-time Informational Representative II (LG 21) to assist the Public Information Officer. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2017. 100% Agency Income. Fiscal Committee approved.
