Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to enter into a grant agreement with the Town of Milton to purchase and install a generator to support emergency management capabilities at the community’s Emergency Operations Center for a total amount of $56,827. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2017. 100% Federal Funds.
