Description
Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to retroactively amend the grant agreement with the Southwest Region Planning Commission (originally approved by G&C on 6-10-15, item #113), to update Hazard Mitigation Plans for the communities of Antrim, Chesterfield, Richmond, Sharon, Sullivan, Surry, Swanzey, Windsor and Westmoreland, by extending the completion date from September 30, 2016 to September 30, 2017. 100% Federal Funds.
