Authorize to enter into a sole source contract with Community College System of New Hampshire, Laconia, NH, in the amount of $37,773,537 to establish and expand rural health care career pathways to address critical workforce shortages. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2031. 100% Federal Funds. (2) Further authorize an advance payment, subject to GO-NORTH prior approval, and in accordance with 2 C.F.R Part 200, for services and activities provided within the scope of the proposed contract and in accordance with the payment terms of the contract.
