Description
Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with Turnstone Corporation, Milford, NH, for the Hills Avenue and Department of Justice Roof Replacements, Concord, NH, for a total price not to exceed $951,000. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $50,000 for unanticipated structural expenses, bringing the total to $1,001,000. (3)Further authorize the amount of $25,000 for payment to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction, Capital Clerk, for oversight and engineering services provided, bringing the total to $1,026,000. Effective upon G&C approval through May 26, 2017. 100% General – Capital Funds.
