Description
Authorize the Risk Management Unit to exercise the option to extend the contract with Delta Dental Plan of NH Inc., (originally approved by G&C on 10-1-14, item #59), to administer the self-funded dental coverage for the state employees and eligible dependents, in an amount not to exceed $720,000, increasing the total from $1,061,504 to $1,781,504, and by extending the end date from December 31, 2017 to December 31, 2019. 38 General, 20% Federal, 5% Enterprise, 11% Highway, 2% Turnpike, 24% Other Funds.
