Authorize to enter into sole source agreements with the vendors as detailed in letter dated October 11, 2016, to provide permanent supportive housing and transitional housing programs to homeless individuals with disabilities and their families through the Federal Continuum of Care program in an amount not to exceed $134,241. Effective December 1, 2016 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through November 30, 2017. 100% Federal Funds.
