Authorize the Bureau of Aeronautics to enter into a contract with Kirila Fire Training Facilities Inc., Brookfield, OH, to purchase and install equipment for safety improvements to the NH Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting training facility located in Concord, NH, in the amount not to exceed $399,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2017. 90% Federal, 10% General Funds.
