Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with B.U.R. Construction LLC, Claremont, NH, for installation of scour countermeasures on the Cresson Covered Bridge in Swanzey and the Ashuelot Covered Bridge in Winchester, on the basis of a low bid of $686,950. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $34,347.50 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through September 29, 2017. 80% Federal, 20% Other Funds.
