Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Continental Paving Inc., Londonderry, NH, for pavement and bridge rehabilitation along I-93 in Thornton and Woodstock, on the basis of a low bid of $9,916,163.25. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $297,484.90 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 5, 2018. 100% Federal Funds.
