Authorize to award $1,500,000 from the Housing Champion (HC) Grant Program to four HC Designated recipients, as detailed in the letter dated May 13, 2025, for the purpose of incentive reward payments to HC Designated municipalities for the construction of new affordable housing units in their communities, in accordance with BEA 506 Housing Production Municipal Grant Program.
