Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Brox Industries Inc., Dracut, MA, for resurfacing US 1 north of Rocks Road in Seabrook, 3.4 miles through Hampton Falls to Park Avenue in Hampton including all ramps of the US 1/NH 101 interchange, on the basis of a low bid of $2,949,323.65. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $147,466.181 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 20, 2017. 100% Federal Funds.
