Description
Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with George R. Cairns & Son Inc., Windham, NH, for the construction of a park and ride facility just east of the I-93 Exit 3 northbound off ramp in Windham, on the basis of a low bid of $1,652,268.30. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $82,613.42 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 27, 2017. 100% Federal Funds.
