Description
Authorize the Division of Medical Professions, Board of Pharmacy, to enter into a sole source retroactive contract with the NH Professionals Health Program, Amherst, NH, to manage and administer the Impaired Pharmacist Program for FY 2017, for an amount not to exceed $38,550. Effective July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017. 100% Impaired Pharmacist Program Funds.
