Authorize to award $3,500,000 from the Housing Champion (HC) Grant Program to seven HC Designated recipients, as detailed in the letter dated May 13, 2025, for the purpose of expanding and improving infrastructure that supports Program goals of facilitating the development of additional housing in the municipality, in accordance with BEA 507 Housing Infrastructure Municipal Grant Program.
