Description

Authorize to enter into a Lease Agreement with Robert F. and Carol Spoerl in the amount of $21,600 to reside at the state-owned Ballard House property located at 242 Island Pond Road, Derry, NH. Effective upon G&C approval for the period of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2028. (2) Further authorize to accept a one-time security deposit of $500. Effective upon G&C approval.
