Authorize to enter into sole source agreements with the vendors as detailed in letter dated September 23, 2016, to provide permanent housing programs to homeless individuals with disabilities and their families through the Federal Continuum of Care program in an amount not to exceed $276,884. Effective upon G&C approval or November 1, 2016, whichever is later, through October 31, 2017. 100% Federal Funds.
