Description
Authorize to enter into retroactive agreements with the vendors as detailed in letter dated October 3, 2016, for the provision of Adult Day Services to adults ages 60 or older, and adults ages 18 and older with chronic illnesses and/or disabilities in an amount not to exceed $386,454. Effective October 1, 2016 through September 30, 2018. 40% Federal, 60% General Funds.
