Description

Authorize to enter into a retroactive agreement with Easter Seals NH, Manchester, NH, for the provision of Adult Day Services to adults ages 60 or older, and adults ages 18 and older with chronic illnesses and/or disabilities in an amount not to exceed $326,250. Effective October 1, 2016 through September 30, 2018. 40% Federal, 60% General Funds.
