Description

Authorize the Bureau of Mental Health Services to amend an agreement with Northern Human Services, Conway, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6-29-16, item #24), for the provision of non-Medicaid Community Mental Health Services, by increasing the price by $30,000 from $377,039 to $407,039 with no change to the completion date of June 30, 2017. 100% General Funds.
