Authorize to enter into a sole source agreement with Hope for NH Recovery to provide bridge funding for the organization to realize other revenue generating opportunities to help sustain these programs in the future, in an amount not to exceed $100,000. (2)Further authorize an advance payment of $25,000 for startup and staff readiness activities. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2017. 100% General Funds.
