Authorize the Bureau of Right of Way to sell a 4.3 +/- acre parcel of State owned land located on the southeast corner of NH Route 123 and Cobb Hill Road in the Town of Alstead to Richard Henderson and Audrey Henderson for $27,000 plus a $1,100 administrative fee. (2)Further authorize to compensate HG Johnson Real Estate from the proceeds of the subject sale in the amount of $1,620 for real estate services. Effective upon G&C approval. The net proceeds from the sale of the property are $25,380 ($27,000-$1,620). Originally purchased with 80% Federal, 20% Highway Funds.
