Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Ted Berry Company Inc., Livermore, ME, for using an ultra violet cured-in-place pipelining system to rehabilitate a 30” reinforced concrete pipe culvert in Rye on NH Route 1A, on the basis of a low bid of $46,305. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $4,630.50 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through May 19, 2017. 100% Betterment Funds.
