Authorize the Bureau of Rail & Transit to enter into an agreement with Concord Coach Lines Inc., Concord, NH, to operate the Concord Intermodal Facility, Concord, NH. Effective upon G&C approval or November 15, 2016, whichever is later, through November 15, 2021. This is a no cost operating agreement.
