Authorize, for the benefit of the Department of Health and Human Services, Bureau of Drug and Alcohol Services, to amend a sole source agreement with FEI.com Incorporated, Columbia, MD (originally approved by G&C on 8-11-10, late item A), by increasing the price by $690,225 from $3,344,501 to $4,034,726 for the purpose of system enhancements to the existing NH Web Information Technology System and to make two retroactive payments for FEI services that were not previously approved by G&C. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2017. 100% Federal Funds.
