Authorize to enter into a contract with Nancy Brigham Associates to assist the department’s E3 Teen Fathering Program in the area of program evaluation, in an amount not to exceed $10,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2017, with the option to renew for up to three additional fiscal years. 100% Federal Funds.
