Description
Authorize the Bureau of Court Facilities to enter into a two-year lease agreement with DCC Development Corporation, Hampton, NH, which shall provide courtroom and office space for the 10th Circuit – District Division – Seabrook comprised of approximately 4,873 square feet, for an amount not to exceed $154,020. Effective November 1, 2016 through October 31, 2018. 100% Transfer Funds (Transfer from AOC, Rent from Other Agencies).
