Authorize to enter into an agreement with Sara DeGennaro, MA LCMHC, MLADC, CS, Ascutney, VT, for the provision of Master Licensed Alcohol and Drug counseling services in the Claremont District Office, in an amount not to exceed $87,750. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2017. 75% Federal, 25% General Funds.
