Description
Authorize the Bureau of Right of Way to sell a 0.32 +/- of an acre parcel of State owned land located on the westerly side of the Spaulding Turnpike and northeasterly side of Silver Street in the Town of Milton to Glenn Hyslop for $3,000 which includes a $1,100 administrative fee. Effective upon G&C approval. Originally purchased with 100% Turnpike Funds.
