Authorize the Division of State Police to accept, and expend $31,997 of federal funds from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration entitled Border Enforcement Grant Program, to ensure that motor carriers and drivers operating commercial motor vehicles entering the US form a foreign country are in compliance with US CMV safety standards and regulations. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2017. 100% Federal Funds.
