Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to enter into a grant agreement with the Town of Chester to purchase supplies and equipment to support the operations of the community’s emergency shelter for a total amount of $65,091. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2017. 100% Federal Funds.
