Authorize the Division of State Police to enter into grant agreements in substantially similar form and format to the documents as detailed in letter dated September 30, 2016, with the counties and municipalities listed for a total amount of $1,267,901.78 for the investigation and apprehension of individuals or organizations that are involved in opioid related drug use and trafficking. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2017. 100% General Funds.
