Description
Authorize to enter into a sole source agreement with Families in Transition, Manchester, NH, to provide a permanent housing program to chronically homeless individuals with disabilities through the Federal Continuum of Care program, in an amount not to exceed $99,543. Effective October 1, 2016 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through September 30, 2017. 100% Federal Funds.
