Authorize to enter into a sole source agreement with Families in Transition, Manchester, NH, for the provision of substance use disorder treatment services including residential and/or supportive housing, wraparound services to pregnant and/or parenting women who are experiencing substance abuse disorders and have income at or below the 185% Federal Poverty Level and are homeless, or at risk of becoming homeless in Strafford County in an amount not to exceed $499,207. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2017. 100% Federal Funds.
