Authorize to award a grant to the Southeast Land Trust of New Hampshire, Epping, NH, in the amount of $339,000 to protect 56+/- acres of land in Barrington, NH, located within the Hydrologic Area of Concern of the Rochester Water Department’s drinking water supply. The landowners agree that the deed shall allow passive outdoor recreation, including hunting and fishing. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2026. 100% Drinking Water and Groundwater Trust Fund
