Authorize the Bureau of Rail & Transit to enter into an agreement with the firm of Steadman Hill Consulting Inc., Montpelier, VT, to develop a comprehensive statewide strategic transit assessment study, in an amount not to exceed $320,000. Effective upon G&C approval through July 31, 2019. 100% Federal Funds.
