Description
Authorize the Bureau of Materials & Research to amend a sole source Cooperative Research and Development Agreement with the US Army Engineer Research and Development Center Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory, Hanover, NH (originally approved by G&C on 11-20-13, item #70), for a total additional fee not to exceed $48,850, for a cooperative investigation to develop a methodology to quantify the structural benefit from in situ fiberglass grid reinforcement to determine layer coefficient values used for reinforced pavement design in NH, by extending the completion date from May 1, 2017 to October 1, 2022. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds.
