Description
Authorize the Division of Forests and Lands to enter into a retroactive memorandum of agreement with the NH Fish and Game Department for equipment and antenna space in designated areas at the summit of Mount Washington, Mount Washington State Park, Sargent’s Purchase, NH. (2)Further authorize to accept and expend rental payment of $6,960 for each year of the 5-year effective period. Effective July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2021.
