Description
Authorize a Clean Water State Revolving Fund loan agreement with the City of Dover, in the amount of $1,050,000 to finance the Sewer Portion of the Keating and Birchwood Neighborhood Reconstruction Project. (2)Further authorize a Clean Water State Revolving Fund loan agreement with the City of Dover, in the amount of $1,000,000 to finance the Stormwater Portion of the Keating and Birchwood Neighborhood Reconstruction Project.
