Authorize a Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) loan agreement with New Hampshire Catholic Charities, Manchester, NH in an amount not to exceed $1,414,444, to finance water system improvements at the Warde Senior Living Facility in Salem, NH, subject to conditions as outlined in the letter dated May 1, 2025, under the provisions of RSA 486:14 and NH Code of Admin Rules Env-Wq 1100 et seq. Effective upon G&C approval. 95.78% Drinking Water State Revolving Loan Fund BIL Fund, 4.22% General Funds. (2) Further authorize to award a grant to the New Hampshire Catholic Charities, in the amount not to exceed $471,481 for drinking water system improvements. Effective upon G&C approval through December 1, 2027. 100% Drinking Water and Groundwater Trust Fund
