Authorize to enter into a subgrant agreement in the amount of $74,440 with the NH Department of Corrections, utilizing funds from the US Department of Justice, Bureau of Justice, Byrne Justice Assistance Grant Program for the purpose of purchasing and training drug detecting dogs and for purchasing and refitting two automobiles for the sole purpose of transporting the dogs.
